about my VR experience..

hi! last week we tried vr glasses with my classmates. it was fun to experience. it makes you feel as if you are really in that environment. we tried to look at a horrible room. there was blood on the walls. it was looking like an abandoned hospital. anyway, although it was scary, it was fun.

also, i think we can use vr to teach languages. because i am studying elt, i have some suggestions: some words, maybe verbs can be taught with a vr gym class. teacher could be gym class teacher and they could "exercise" together. this could also be used in teaching body parts. these are the first ideas that occured to me. i will tell you if anything occurs to me again.. see ya!

Second Life Character

Hiii! My midterm exams are over and I have a 3 days holiday.. yay! So I tried playing Second Life, in Istanbul University Virtual Campus, I took a photo. Although my character has some problem with sitting properly, like a regular human being, it was fun. There I am!🙋

I also would like to talk about my Second Life experience. I downloaded it 8 months ago. At first, I didn't understand what was going on. My previous character had a horse and I didn't like it. But now, as my professor assigned me this homework, I re-opened my account and change my avatar. It was fun to roam in Istanbul University Virtual Campus. I don't know what we'll do in the future but I'm sure they all will be fun.
